JLL has enhanced its North West offering with a series of promotions.
The global property services company has invested in its Manchester team through the promotion of its Residential and Development & Regeneration divisions.
Heather Turner, who joined the company in 2013, has been promoted to director and Corina Ositelu has been promoted to senior surveyor in the development and regeneration team.
They are joined by Michael Tolan, who has been appointed senior surveyor for housing, and Nadia Manchester, who has been promoted to surveyor.

North-west law firm SAS Daniels has promoted both Maisie Clarke and Matthew Ottley to solicitor status after they both completed their training contracts with the firm.
With over seven years’ experience in property law, Maisie is well versed in dealing with both buyers and sellers across a range of transactions, and she will now begin a new chapter as a lawyer in the Commercial Property team in the Macclesfield office.
During his time at the firm, Matthew gained experience in the areas of Employment, Corporate and Commercial Property Law and qualified as a solicitor in the Employment team. He works across our Stockport, Macclesfield and Congleton offices, primarily based in the Congleton office. Matthew uses his expertise to assist with tribunal litigation and a range of employment law issues.

Bridgemere UK, led by former Redrow chairman Steve Morgan, has appointed Nicole Burstow as its new chief financial officer.
Burstow joins from Dow Schofield Watts, where he served as deputy CEO and CFO, and previously spent nearly 16 years at Deloitte.
She succeeds Ashley Lewis, who will retire in September after 20 years with the company.
Cheshire-based Bridgemere is part of the £1 billion Bridgemere Group, which has investments primarily in the housing, property and leisure sectors, including Carden Park Hotel & Spa and Castle Green Homes, one of the UK's fastest growing housebuilders.
Bridgemere Investments, part of the Bridgemere Group, has large stakes in Redrow and Spire Healthcare and is currently underwriting a £110.5m capital raise by Regional REIT.
Morgan said: “This is an exciting time for Bridgemere and we are delighted to have been able to hire someone like Nicole. It is rare to find a comparable role outside of London and the position attracted significant interest. Nicole is an excellent candidate in a very strong field and joins the firm at a time of great opportunity.”

A passionate leader in the region's fundraising and finance ecosystem has been appointed as the new Head of Finance Access at the GM Business Growth Hub.
Ian Dixon has been promoted to his new role after 16 years as the Hub's Access to Finance (A2F) team leader.
Dixon has over 20 years of professional and industry experience in a variety of senior roles and prior to joining Hub, he worked on a wide range of finance projects including IPOs and acquisitions.
Working for A2F, Dixon has played a key role in helping small businesses in the region secure appropriate funding from the public and private sectors.

Evelyn Partners, the asset management and professional services group that manages £61.8 billion of client assets, announced that Charlotte Platts will join the firm in August as regional managing partner for its financial planning business for northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Charlotte has 35 years' experience in wealth management and was previously Director of Financial Planning at Nationwide Building Society, leading a team of 330 people. Prior to that she was Head of Wealth Management at Santander UK, overseeing the group's private banking and branch-based financial planning business. Charlotte has also held senior roles at HSBC Private Bank and Investec.
Charlotte will report to Emma Stirland, Evelyn Partners’ chief financial planning director, and will work with managing partners across the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland to drive the continued growth of the group’s Aberdeen, Belfast, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Knutsford, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle offices.

Maguire Family Law, a Manchester and Cheshire-based divorce and family law firm specialising in high net worth, international and child abduction cases, has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new lawyer.
Mac Singh is based in the Manchester city centre office, which opened earlier this year, and is previously part of the Legal 500 team in Liverpool and Manchester, having spent his entire career in family law.
In his new role, Mack will handle all aspects of relationship breakdowns, particularly complex, high asset and high contention divorces, including advising clients on asset division and child custody issues.
Mack is one of several new hires the company plans to make in the coming months as it prepares for its next phase of growth.

Fixtures and fasteners manufacturer ForgeFix has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of James Blamire.
In his new role, James Blamire will oversee both the North and North West of England and will aim to further strengthen the company's UK market by adding value to its merchant customers.
James has been familiar with the fixings and fasteners industry and the Dormore Group since joining Harrison & Clough as a Training Sales Advisor in 2000. James has subsequently progressed through the ranks within the company working as an Outside Sales Representative, Senior Sales Manager and Senior Warehouse and Distribution Manager. With responsibility for a vast distribution network, James' focus shifted to management.
Both Harrison and Clough and ForgeFix are subsidiaries of the Dormole Group, so James was already familiar with ForgeFix products, and he moved to ForgeFix because of their commitment to sustainability and focus on being a value-added supplier.
James said: “I join ForgeFix at a really exciting time and I intend to position the company in the best possible position for our promising future plans, so my aim is to lead the Northern and Northwest sales regions whilst developing my current skills and nurturing the strong customer relationships that make ForgeFix a high value added supplier.”
