MGL Partners purchased 4770 E. Iliff Ave. in University Hills from the Bethesda Professional Office Building Condominium Association for $2.7 million. MGL will redevelop the 1.12-acre site into an income-restricted apartment complex. Adam Belin, Travis Hodge and Taylor Barnes represented the buyer.
