Publicly traded homebuilder Landsea Homes has leased 10,652 square feet at 11080 Circle Point Road, Suite 340 in Westminster to serve as headquarters for its Colorado branch. The space can accommodate up to 60 employees, but so far only 21 have moved in. Landsea is represented by Bill Woodward of Sky Commercial.
The City and County of Denver have purchased 4964 N. Pearl St. and 624 E. 50th St. in Denver's Globeville neighborhood from Globeville Redevelopment Partners LLC for $2.15 million. Those parcels, along with the adjacent 4995 Washington St., are planned for future construction of 170 income-restricted apartments and a new library branch.
4140 E Quincy LLC purchased the 2.3-acre parcel at 4140 E. Quincy Ave. in Cherry Hills Village for $4.9 million from 4140 E Quincy Ave LLC, which last sold the property four years ago for $3.33 million, according to public records.

Taiwanese hot pot joint Tasty Pots has purchased $280,000 in equipment from Loca Kitchens LLC for its second location. The current store is located at 6330 S. Parker Road in Aurora. The deal was brokered by Louis Lee.
